Adults Directions for Use

Infuse 1 teaspoon (2 g) in 250 ml boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Take 1-3 times daily. Honey or lemon may be added.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months.

*Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria), *Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata), *Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), *Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium), *Chamomile (Matricaria recutita).

Do not use if sensitive to salicylates. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if taking anticoagulants, MAO inhibitors, chemotherapeutic agents or have a severe circulatory disorder. Discontinue use if experiencing sore mouth, develop mouth ulcers and/or gastrointestinal discomfort, or if hypersensitivity occurs. Consult health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding or allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae family.
